Demarco Construction Ltd. is a general contracting firm providing construction project management services, land development and architectural consulting.

In 2010 Demarco Construction was formed to provide construction services in the Ottawa area and continue the relationships that have been developed over the past 30+ years. The company’s goal is to provide our clients and construction partners with exceptional management services including budgeting, scheduling, communications, managing costs, and reducing risk on all our projects.

Demarco’s land development consultants, (a newly acquired team) have a proven track record of over 50 years of experience in the field of planning, project management, community design, project management, and real estate services. We believe that our collaborative approach can provide pragmatic solutions to help deliver high-profile real estate projects that provide viable economic results.

Demarco’s architectural consultants believe their strength lies in aligning client expectations and their needs, to deliver projects in the most effective manner with the highest level of quality. We strive to build healthy and effective relationships with our clients focusing on architecture, interior design, site planning, LEED® accredited professional design, commercial, retail, mixed-use, institutional, and residential.

Demarco’s construction project management focus is on a commitment to our clients and construction partners is to provide, accurate reporting, total cooperation, and quality construction in a timely and expeditious manner. Demarco’s hands-on approach to construction management has provided the ability to offer owners; value engineering, risk analysis, risk resolution, scheduling control, and cost control on the projects that are undertaken. Our experience includes commercial, industrial, institutional, sports facilities, high/low-rise residential, and high-tech facilities. In addition, the construction building types of previously mentioned Demarco has completed work to; new buildings, renovations, additions, interior and exterior fit-ups, civil work, and innovative construction.

The Demarco team is directly involved in all of the projects undertaken and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and success of the company. Demarco’s practical experience and background provide owners, consultants, and sub-trades with complete construction management services including control and quality. Demarco Construction has the background experience and ability to undertake projects from $50,000.00 to $25,000,000.00.
