01 Preconstruction
Build confidence before construction begins. Strategic planning, feasibility reviews, cost analysis, scheduling and value engineering bring the scope, budget and delivery approach into focus.
From design development to issued-for-construction drawings, we work with clients and consultants to test constructability and coordinate the details. Early input supports accurate pricing and helps reduce changes on site.
02 Construction Management
Bring the construction team into the conversation early. We work alongside the owner and design team to develop the budget, coordinate the work and identify opportunities to start construction sooner.
Clear reporting and traceable costs keep owners informed as the project evolves, with visibility into spending, scheduling and the decisions ahead.
03 General Contracting
A hands-on approach to construction, supported by accurate reporting, close coordination with trades and careful attention to quality and schedule.
We bring practical input to value engineering, risk resolution, scheduling and cost control—keeping the team focused on the work and the owner’s priorities.
04 Design-Build
Connect the design intent to the realities of construction. We coordinate the consultant team, budget and delivery plan around the owner’s requirements.
05 Renovations & Additions
Make the existing building part of the plan. We coordinate renovations, additions and fit-ups with careful attention to the connection between existing conditions and new work.
06 Land Development
Our land development team brings more than 50 years of experience in planning, project management, community design and real estate services.
We work collaboratively to find practical solutions for complex development projects, with attention to both project delivery and economic viability.

Demarco Construction Ltd. brings planning, architectural and construction experience together to deliver preconstruction, construction management, general contracting and land development services across Ottawa and the surrounding region.
Founded in 2010, Demarco builds on industry relationships developed over more than 30 years. We give owners and construction partners a clear view of the budget, schedule and decisions ahead, with hands-on attention to costs, coordination and project risk.
Our experience spans commercial shell and fit-up work, industrial and institutional buildings, sports facilities, low-, mid- and high-rise residential construction, and high-tech facilities.
That range of experience shapes how we work: understand the whole project, bring the right people together and stay involved in the details. From planning through construction, our focus is clear communication, cost control and quality.
